On December 5, 2025, HITEK Group held an internal seminar titled “Enterprise-Grade Mindset – Security Awareness & Enterprise Standard Processes” at its office, aiming to enhance information security awareness and enterprise-level working mindset across the organization.
The workshop focused on helping employees understand why security and standardized processes are essential foundations in technology-driven enterprises, especially when handling critical data and systems.
The session covered real-world workplace scenarios, risk identification, error prevention, and the development of disciplined, transparent, and accountable working habits aligned with enterprise standards.
The program also emphasized the importance of an Enterprise Mindset in improving operational quality and reducing security-related risks.
