Recently, at the HITEK Group office, HITEK Software conducted an internal workshop focused on the practical application of Coding Agents. The objective of the session was to support the engineering team in adopting artificial intelligence in a structured, controlled manner that aligns closely with daily software development workflows.
The workshop emphasized the integration of AI, particularly Coding Agents, into core technical processes, including requirements analysis, code assistance, logic validation, DevOps optimization, and team workflow standardization. Rather than approaching AI as an isolated experimental tool, the session highlighted its role as a technical assistant embedded within the team’s operational framework.
